Similar to other restaurants in the Le Comptoir empire, ECRITURE's interior is inspired by the an eponymous series of paintings by celebrated artist Park Seo-Bo. With an interior featuring soft organic wallpaper, symmetrical copper ceilings as well as stunning views of Hong Kong, Mid-Levels, The Peak, and Victoria Harbour, thanks to wrap around windows, what's not to love?
Executive Chef Maxime Gilbert, will be dishing out menus designed around French cooking techques, but with a Japanese twist.
For the dessert offerings, they've poached Monique Chan as the Pastry Sous Chef; previously, she was based in California under the tutelage of Thomas Keller's at The French Laundry. They're open for lunch and dinner, so make sure to snag a seat!
